INTERNAL VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT The Judicial Service Commission is established under Article 171 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, with a mandate of promoting and facilitating the independence and accountability of the Judiciary, and the efficient, effective and transparent Administration of Justice. The Commission invites applications from suitable Judicial Staff to fill the position of Officer II, Strategy, Planning & Organizational Productivity in the Judiciary.

Gross Salary Scale: Kshs. 139,588 – 200,097 p.m.
Job Purpose:
To assist in the implementation and evaluation of performance and quality management systems for continuous improvement and accountability.
Reporting Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible to Strategy Planning and Organizational Productivity Officer I

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:
For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: -
A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Project Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Meets the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
A course in management or its equivalent.
