The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is a corporate body established under Article 171 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, with the mandate of promoting and facilitating the independence and accountability of the Judiciary and the efficient, effective, and transparent administration of justice. The Commission invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the positions of Member Industrial Property Tribunal (Non-Advocate) in the Industrial Property Tribunal.

Terms Of Service:
Under Section 113 (7) of the Industrial Property Act, CAP. 509, the tenure of office for the Chairperson and Members shall be three (3) years on a part-time basis, and they may be eligible for re-appointment.
Remuneration:
The remuneration and allowances of the Chairperson and Members of the Industrial Property Tribunal shall be paid at rates determined by the Judicial Service Commission in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Pursuant to Section 113 (3) of the Industrial Property Act, CAP 509, applicants for this position must possess the following qualifications.
Hold a bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Natural Sciences, Biological Sciences, Geological Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline from a university recognized in Kenya.
ualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
Must have experience or expertise in industrial, scientific, and technological fields.
